Chapter 9 - New Tactics
Chapter 9 is another safehouse mission. Right when you spawn, locate Klaus behind you (the former Nazi who is playing around with a pistol). In the cabinet next to him is the first collectible of this mission 1/1) Charlotte's Letter . Walk into the storage room (yellow door, in the kitchen), and look behind the door. There is a girl crying in the corner. It turns out she has lost her wedding ring. This ring can be found on the top floor right next to the toilet (close to where you can play the old Wolfenstein game by interacting with the mattress). Bring the ring back to her to receive a golden collectible a (1/1) Gold Vase . If you have been following this walkthrough, you should now unlock:

Go and find your own bed on the 1st floor, and as usual, take a nap. This time, you won't wake up right away, but you will trigger a cinematic in which you will train Tekla in the use of firearms. Doing this changes how your campaign evolves at a later point throughout the story. Eventually, you will just wake up again, and there will be another health upgrade right next to your bed in the usual spot (1/1) Health Upgrade .
Time to continue with the mainquest. Make your way to the hangar and talk to Fergus. He is in one of the helicopters in the back of the hangar. He will tell you to retrieve some welding equipment for him that dropped into the water. Backtrack your steps into the safehouse, and at the ground floor, you will see the black guy that you met in camp Belica (he's the one that told you to swap uniforms so you could get in the prison block with Seth). He is sitting in front of the door you wish to go through. Talk to him to trigger a cinematic.
Go through the door, drop down onto the platform next to the water, and use your LKW to cut through the metal plate in front of you. You can now move a manhole cover aside and drop into the manhole. You will immediately land on top of the welding equipment you are after. Swim through the pipe, and once you are at the end, turn right and climb on top of the ladder. Jump over the water to the metal platform in the middle of this room. If you look up, you see another ladder that is held up by a chain. Shoot this chain with your LKW to bring the ladder down. When you climb it, look to your right. There is another LKW upgrade laying next to a few oil drums.
Continue until you reach a room where you see big blocks that are hanging from the ceiling. You can shoot the chains to get them to fall down. Some contain ammo or a charging unit for your LKW. Do not shoot the one in the back left corner of this room, the one closest to the lever that you need to pull. Charge your LKW first, and then pull the lever. This last block will fall down, and one of the super soldiers on steroids will jump out of the block. Your LKW should be able to cut him to pieces. A 2nd supersoldier will join the fight once you have taken care of the first. Take him down as well, and exit the room by going through the big blast door in the back of the room. Follow your path until you need to cut a metal plate and crawl into a ventilation shaft. Right before you enter the shaft, there is another recording laying on the floor. It's rather hard to miss.
In the ventilation shaft, you can peek through one of the fences and use your LKW to shoot the chain off the door that keeps it locked from the other side. You can now crawl out of the shaft again and open the door. Move on, crawl into another shaft that leads back into the storage room of the safehouse, and give Seth his welding torch in order to finish the mission.
